"Ikhwezi" ("morning star," in Xhosa) Community Centre, a nongovernmental organisation provides groups of (Mbekweni) women the opportunity to manufacture a wide array of products such as embroidery, woven rugs, clothing, cushion covers, fabric painting, candles, wire work and beadwork.
